P1-1 代码质量 Phase 2 后端部分

规则收紧

  • ruff全局ignore移除 F401（未使用import）
  • ruff全局ignore移除 F841（未使用变量）
  • 保留 __init__.py 和 tests/* 的per-file-ignores（合理例外）

存量修复

  • F401：32处未使用import，全部自动修复（ruff --fix）
  • F841：7处未使用变量，手动修复
    • 6处纯赋值/无副作用：直接删除
    • 1处有副作用（self._clip_repo.update(clip)）：保留调用，移除赋值变量

变更统计

  • 29 files changed, 11 insertions(+), 43 deletions(-)
  • 纯清理类改动，零业务逻辑变更
